Pure Composite Innovations

Composite premium products by using state-of-the-art technology. Made in Switzerland.

Creating the future with innovative materials

Aerospace, aviation, Formula 1 are inconceivable without high-tech materials made from carbon fiber. Carbon’s superb properties represent the basis of modern space technology. Aircraft are lighter and safer. Formula 1 drivers are well protected by the strength of carbon fiber.

The unique icotec process makes these outstanding material properties available for mechanical components. Those icotec parts are made out of continuous fiber reinforced composites (e.g. Carbon/PEEK).

Due to the thermoplastic nature of the matrix (e.g. PEEK) additional benefits on e.g. damping, fatigue, formability, recyclability, solvent resistance are achieved, compared to conventional composite and metallic solutions.

Unique combination of benefits leads to

  • Energy saving
  • Reduction in maintenance costs
  • No electromagnetical interference for sensible instruments
  • Reduction of part variety
